AKE Safety Equipment Joins Duck River Raceway Park as Official Fire Extinguisher Partner

Duck River Raceway Park is proud to welcome AKE Safety Equipment to the Duck River family as a new scoreboard partner and the Official Fire Extinguisher of Duck River Raceway Park.

As part of this partnership, AKE’s industry-leading STOP-FYRE® fire extinguishers have been purchased for use around the facility to help strengthen safety measures for our racers, teams, fans, and staff throughout the season.

Founded in 1989 and based in Rochester, Minnesota, AKE Safety Equipment manufactures the STOP-FYRE® line of fire extinguishers and automatic fire suppression systems. The company is firefighter owned and operated and has built a reputation around innovative fire protection products designed for high-value equipment, motorsports, heavy machinery, and commercial applications.

Unlike traditional dry chemical extinguishers, STOP-FYRE® extinguishers use a proprietary clean-agent blend designed to quickly suppress fires without leaving behind corrosive residue or powder cleanup. Their extinguishers are also known for being low maintenance and effective on multiple classes of fires.
